為沖刺通車目(mu)標任務,10月27日,X203百韓路(lu)改建工(gong)程項目(mu)在路(lu)面(mian)施工(gong)中全面(mian)采用基層(ceng)冷再(zai)生與泡沫瀝青面(mian)層(ceng)冷再(zai)生“雙層(ceng)連鋪”新工(gong)藝,積(ji)極(ji)貫徹(che)“節能(neng)低碳,綠色(se)發展”理念,掀起路(lu)面(mian)規(gui)模化施工(gong)熱潮。
“雙(shuang)層(ceng)(ceng)連鋪(pu)”工(gong)藝是(shi)省內今(jin)年開始推廣應(ying)用(yong)的(de)“四(si)新技術”。該工(gong)藝是(shi)指在水穩基層(ceng)(ceng)攤鋪(pu)碾(nian)壓(ya)完成后立(li)即攤鋪(pu)碾(nian)壓(ya)瀝(li)青(qing)下面層(ceng)(ceng),通(tong)過實施(shi)(shi)“同(tong)(tong)步施(shi)(shi)工(gong)同(tong)(tong)步養生(sheng)(sheng)”,相較于傳統的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)工(gong)藝可大(da)大(da)縮短施(shi)(shi)工(gong)工(gong)期。同(tong)(tong)時,泡沫瀝(li)青(qing)冷再生(sheng)(sheng)技術可100%利用(yong)既(ji)有道路的(de)路面銑刨材料(liao),進一步提升降(jiang)本(ben)增效和綠(lv)色施(shi)(shi)工(gong)水平(ping),有效降(jiang)低(di)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)對道路通(tong)行及沿線(xian)居民(min)生(sheng)(sheng)活環境的(de)影響。
